These terms apply to your use of schackgroup.net and to the services of Schack Group LLC ("Schack Group", "we", "us"), including Camera Schack, Ralph A Brown Photography, Trade Schack and Tech Schack, and to our text messaging program. By using our sites or services, you agree to these terms.
SMS messaging program
Program name: Schack Group LLC customer notifications.
What you will receive: service updates, appointment notifications, order updates and customer support responses related to services you have requested from us. We do not send marketing messages under this program.
How you opt in: by ticking the unchecked SMS consent box on our contact or service request form and submitting your phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See how opt-in works.
Message frequency: varies with your requests and appointments.
Costs: message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Using our sites
You agree to give accurate information, to keep your Schack ID password secure, and not to misuse our sites — for example by trying to break into accounts, disrupt the service or upload unlawful material.
Orders, bookings and services
Prices, availability and service details are shown at the time of ordering or quoted to you directly. An order or booking is accepted when we confirm it. Some services, such as repairs, custom prints and technical work, may have additional terms that we give you at the time.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and files you send us. You give us permission to use them only to provide the services you requested, such as printing, scanning, restoration or repair. You confirm you have the right to have them reproduced.
Our content
The text, design, logos and photography on our sites belong to Schack Group LLC or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
Our sites and services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schack Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.
